read full articleParticipants in PRONIA’s third excursion to Werribee mansion were lucky to enjoy a beautiful winter’s sunny day before the weather changed. The group enjoyed a guided tour at Werribee mansion and the surrounding gardens followed by lunch in Williamstown. Everyone in the group was happy to be out and socialising again and is looking forward to more excursions in the near future. This year, being PRONIA’s 50th Anniversary, the celebration was very special with live entertainment, sentimental speeches, presentations, dance and good company. To express its depth of gratitude and to say thank you, PRONIA presented all volunteers with a Commemorative Book entitled ‘In their Own Words’ together with a Certificate of Appreciation, lapel pin and a wine bottle with the olive leaf symbol of PRONIA’s fifty years.
