Mr Constantine Koulouris – Director

I am the current CEO and one of the Founders of Cottons Personal Care Pty Ltd. I have served in
this position for over 25 years. Cottons was founded in 1994 and is a wholesaler of Feminine Hygiene
products sold in Major Supermarkets and Pharmacies both Domestically and Abroad. We also provide
women’s charities free product for those that can least afford them. I have served as CFO for the
above organization during this time also.

I am an Accountant by profession and have an Economics Degree from Latrobe University. I have
considerable financial experience and over the years have worked in both the Private and Public
sector. Prior to my role at Cottons, I was Group Accountant at Folkestone Limited (Unlisted Public
Company involved in Commercial Property Development) and Company Secretary at Selpam Pty
Ltd (Owners of the Black Arcade).

I am also a musician and band member of Smoking Figs. We are perform fundraising concerts for
charities such as Peter MacCallum Cancer Research as well as Pancreatic Cancer Charities.

PRONIA has had a long, proud history in advocating for social justice, equality of opportunity for individuals and communities, with the aim of helping to create a stronger, cohesive, and inclusive society for all Australians. It is within this spirit that PRONIA supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the “yes” vote in the upcoming referendum to constitutionally recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as the First Peoples of Australia and a Voice to parliament.
