Welcome to the PRONIA website.  As the Chief Executive Officer of PRONIA I feel privileged and proud to be writing this message highlighting PRONIA’s resilient performance and unwavering
commitment to delivering exceptional services amidst profound challenges and transformative changes. Our vision for creating an inclusive society where people are supported to live their best lives is what we aspire to achieve.  Our brand represents our commitment to quality client service, diversity, empowerment, and innovation in service provision.

In 2023, PRONIA serviced 8,130 individuals across its diverse services. Notably, our casework and advocacy services provided critical support to 2,750 vulnerable clients, delivering 6,292 hours of vital assistance.

Looking forward, our objectives are focused on growth and harnessing new and sustainable opportunities through strategic partnerships and engagement of community including the second and subsequent generations.  We are committed to enhancing organisational capability to continue quality person-centered care and contributing to multicultural social policy.

I am excited about the next phase of our journey and look forward to sharing the experience.

PRONIA has had a long, proud history in advocating for social justice, equality of opportunity for individuals and communities, with the aim of helping to create a stronger, cohesive, and inclusive society for all Australians. It is within this spirit that PRONIA supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the “yes” vote in the upcoming referendum to constitutionally recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as the First Peoples of Australia and a Voice to parliament.
