Ms Kelly Ioannou – Children Services Manager

Kelly oversees the implementation and extension of Alpha’s programs in a safe, multicultural and equitable environment. She ensures the provision of nurturing, play-based activities to help children in care flourish. Kelly assists staff with their professional and personal development, and also mentors TAFE students training in the early childhood sector. At Alpha, she enjoys the opportunities for self-development, positive role-modelling and engagement within the community.

Kelly holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services, Diploma of Children’s Services, Bachelor of Applied Science Majoring in Biochemistry & Microbiology, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, Certified Supervisor and Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services Nation Law Act 2010.
