MEDITATION FOR WOMEN – A SIX WEEK SERIES MEDITATION SESSIONS

EASE YOUR STRESS AND ANXIETY, INCREASE YOUR RESILIENCE AND ENERGY

Join our lunchtime connection and meditation program for women hosted virtually by PRONIA.

The group will provide the opportunity to connect with other women, share experiences and learn a simple skill to help alleviate stress and anxiety. To fully experience the benefits of this program, it is expected that participants will attend all six sessions.

COVID-19 has impacted our lives in many different ways and as women, the emotional exhaustion has been immense. As we slowly move out of the restrictions that have defined our lives for many months, it is important to pause and nurture our mental health.

The benefit of attending live streaming sessions, is that it helps you stay focused on only you for a while, without the usual distractions of emails and news reports.

The program is facilitated by Lucy Louca, an accredited Stillness Meditation therapy teacher and are offered free of charge by PRONIA as part of its community programs to combat the negative effects of COVID-19 restrictions. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 4 November till 9 December inclusive. No prior experience necessary. The program is conducted in English.
