Family & Community Services Manager

PRONIA (formerly Australian Greek Welfare Society) is an ethno-specific community services agency servicing the needs of the Australian Greek community, operating under a dual model of advocacy and service development and delivery.

PRONIA is seeking a suitable applicant for the Family & Community Services Manager position on a full time capacity.  Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the management of Alpha Children’s Centre and Community Services including casework, counselling, case management, health and wellbeing programs and community projects.

The successful applicant will have appropriate tertiary qualifications in Human Services Field, extensive knowledge of the aged care and disability services, child care services, and family relationship services. You will possess demonstrated management and team leadership skills, excellent communication and written skills and a proven ability to build strategic and effective relationships with stakeholders.   You will be highly motivated to deliver quality outcomes and have strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, and a strategic and innovative approach to service delivery and care models.

Knowledge of the Greek language is essential.  Remuneration according to qualifications & experience under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Industry Award 2010.  Salary packaging available.

HR Officer Position

PRONIA (formerly Australian Greek Welfare Society) is an ethno-specific community services agency servicing the needs of the Australian Greek community, operating under a dual model of advocacy and service development and delivery.

PRONIA is seeking a suitable applicant for the HR Officer position on a full time capacity. Reporting to the Business & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR functions including recruitment and induction as well as administering all HR processes of the organisation.

The successful applicant will have, amongst other attributes, a demonstrate knowledge in HR and a minimum of 3 years’ experience, high levels of skill in IT and system development, tertiary qualifications in HR and a sound knowledge of employment legislation and other work-place related regulations and excellent verbal and written capabilities.

Remuneration according to qualifications & experience under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Industry Award 2010. Salary packaging available.
